Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are displeased with our app-based services or subscriptions, we will consider a refund provided the reasons are genuine and substantiated after an internal review. Please read your chosen plan details carefully before making any purchase as they contain information about service validity and permitted usage.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription anytime via the Animall BHAI app. Cancellation will stop future recurring billing for subscription plans. Payments that have already been completed are eligible for refund only under circumstances of genuine dissatisfaction as evaluated by our team.
Refund Policy
If a user is not completely satisfied with the service received under an active app subscription, they may request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed and processed after an internal investigation and are subject to eligibility determined by Animall BHAI.
Refunds for payments made via credit card, UPI, or other payment gateway methods will be returned to the original payment method. The refunded amount will be credited within 7–14 working days, depending on your payment provider's processing timelines.
How to Request a Refund
- Open the Animall BHAI app and go to your subscription or support section to submit a refund request.
- Provide a clear reason for the request and any supporting information (screenshots, order details, dates).
- Our team will review the request and may contact you for additional details.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method and you will be notified via email or in-app message.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved and initiated by Animall BHAI, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment provider. Typically, refunds are credited within 7–14 working days. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside our direct control.
Digital Services & Non-Refundable Items
Animall BHAI offers only digital services and subscriptions. We do not sell physical goods and therefore do not provide returns or shipping services. Any content, downloads, or in-app consumables delivered as part of the service are considered digital and are generally non-returnable unless otherwise stated or found to be defective.
